Under the guise of “science falsely so called”, many myths have come about, many lives have been harmed, many atrocities have been committed, and much truth has been ignored. “Science falsely so called” killed President Washington with blood letting. “Science falsely so called” slandered the Jews and the blacks as an inferior race. “Science falsely so called” claimed blacks could not feel pain. “Science falsely so called” has killed millions of babies. “Science falsely so called” has completely distorted God’s creation of male and female to androgenous copycats of whatever is presently acceptable, and, as a result, “science falsely so called” has destroyed the beauty of gender distinction, individualism, marriage between one husband and one wife, and two-parent led homes of stability from a loving father and a loving mother.

“Science falsely so called” doesn’t even agree with itself. The experts disagree with each other constantly. The only ones quoted by the media or any of us are the ones we agree with and whose position strengthens our views! “Science falsely so called” is fickle and constantly changing its teachings to fit in with the world’s overarching push at the time. Dear reader, you shouldn’t have to live with constant whiplash. God and His Word are so much better than this.

What’s worse with all of this is “which some professing have erred concerning the faith.” Many believers have “erred concerning the faith” because “science falsely so called” declared the Big Bang and evolution as the originators of life, not God. Many believers have “erred concerning the faith” because “science falsely so called” declared God’s Word as obsolete or full of errors or written by deceivers hundreds or thousands of years after the passages were truly written. Many believers have “erred concerning the faith” when “science falsely so called” for the umpteenth time proclaims they have found the body of Jesus…for real this time! Many believers have “erred concerning the faith” in modern times because “science falsely so called” says that widespread disease or whatever is justification for shutting down our churches. We are told “stay indoors,” then we are told “get outside.” We are commanded “don’t wear face masks” then whiplashed with “wear face masks or else.” Christians, we are to be better than this. From Ephesians 4:14-15 we learn that God’s preachers are to preach the truth (“Thy Word is truth.” Jn. 17:17), and that when God’s preachers preach the truth, God’s people won’t be like the children of this world tossed to and fro, carried about with every doctrine by deceivers like those who boast “science falsely so called.”

Dear reader, “keep that which is committed to thy trust.” “Avoid…oppositions of science falsely so called.” Romans 10:17 reveals “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Stop “hearing” “science falsely so called” and allowing so called experts and scientists to cause you to err “concerning the faith.” Your faith does not come from this “science.” Faith comes from listening to the real science (which means “knowledge”) of God’s Word. Satan’s attacks are unrelenting against truth, and his “science” pawns will continue rehashing “new” scientific reasons for why Jesus and the Bible and church are not true or essential. Yet, God’s Word is light years ahead of the best scientific minds of our days. Over and over again throughout history, science finally catches up to what God’s Word has always said about life, the earth, and the universe. Don’t allow the experts to trick you with another “new” scare or discovery meant to stop Christianity.
