King James Scriptures read by Pastor J.C. Wappelhorst

  • “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” [Romans 10:17]
  •

“It has been my desire for many years to record a word perfect reading of the Authorized Version King James Bible. I have finally finished the Psalms, Proverbs, and New Testament. May you be blessed as you listen to GOD’S WORD.”  –  Pastor J.C. Wappelhorst

DO YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL GO TO HEAVEN IF YOU WERE TO DIE TODAY? ? ?

If you do not know, you can know…

1. Admit that you are a sinner who needs to be saved.

Romans 3:10 “As it is written, There is none righteous, no not one.”

Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”

Romans 5:12 “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.”

Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death.”

2. Believe that God sent Jesus Christ to the earth to die for you.

Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Romans 6:23 “…but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

3. Call upon the Lord Jesus Christ to be your Saviour.

Romans 10:9-13 “…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

For the Scripture saith, Whosoever believers on him shall not be ashamed.

For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

SUGGESTED PRAYER:

“Dear God in Heaven, I know I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus died for my sins. I am willing to turn from sin. I now ask Jesus Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour. I am willing, by Your grace, to follow and obey Christ as the Lord of my heart and life.”
